Community Room
Our Community Room/Conference Facility consists of 2,079 square feet, has a fully equipped kitchen and can hold up to 212 people. This room is available to Plaza 833 tenants, tenant affiliates, and outside parties.
Please contact the Management Office for availability, reservations and pricing.
Security
Plaza 833 boasts a 24 hour security access card and surveillance
system. These two systems have been recently upgraded.
Part-Time On-Site Management
Plaza 833 has been professionally managed by NCP Investments,
LLC since January of 2006. The management staff consists
of:
- Bill Rossi -- Property Manager
- Victoria Ford -- Maintenance Superintendent
Management Office Hours:
8:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
Full-Time On Site Maintenance Hours:
7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
