Plaza 833 of Schererville, is a 4-story office building with a lower level, totaling approximately 130,000 square feet, located on a 5.57-acre site. The majority of the renovations are complete consisting of an overall renovation of the interior common areas including new flooring, paint, ceilings and lighting enhancements. The restrooms also received a complete remodel along with the three elevators. The atrium lobby remodel includes a water feature, new furniture and new touch-screen directory. The lobby serves as both a stunning entrance for customers and potential clients as well as a functional greeting area to include sofas, chairs, benches and a small meeting table with seating for four.

The exterior includes a new parking lot, islands, lighting and attractive landscape with rich foliage throughout. A facelift to the buildings exterior consisted of new panels over the limestone made of an anodized high gloss bronze, enhanced by spectacular up-lighting.

There are also many equipment upgrades that have taken place such as security systems, sprinkler systems, fire alarm monitoring systems, and elevator with a new upgrade to the building H.V.A.C. system.
